So we still have about 8kg’s of potatoes potting about here (hawr hawr).
This is a recipy I half stole off the net and then half adapted to my Masterly Queen of Supreme Wisdom cooking skills.

Use about 6-7 potatoes (feeds 3 people)

*Preheat oven to 180 C.
*Butter/oil an oven tray
*Wash the potatoes but don’t peel them, poke holes into them with a fork, and cut an X shape into them.
*Bake in oven at 150-180C for about 1hr.

*Buy Ina Paarman’s white sauce powder 😀
*Or make your own, if you are that highly skilled 😀
*Make white sauce, chop up some vegetables, boil them and add them to the sauce. Let it thicken
*When potatoes are done, pour that over the potatoes. The X shapes will have expanded so that the sauce will pour into the potatoes… yumm 🙂
*You can also stuff boiled veg into the cut potatoes, and then pour a plain sauce over that.

I know I know, supreme cooking skillz right thurr.
